These are the four basic principals in upward sports, and we are so happy to have partnered with them for the last 6 years to provide a way for our church to connect with the community and teach meaningful lesson through sports! Our cheerleading and basketball programs are open to those who are in kindergarten through fourth grade and our season runs January through February with the end celebration taking place in March. Each team practices one time a week, and plays 1 game on Saturdays.
